Without cautery suction/irrigation device consists of a 5mm diameter shaft and a 34cm shaft length with (9) orifices for pool suction and irrigation. Also has a sealed portal to accommodate up to a 2.4mm laser probe. Available with non=removable spatula tip or L-hook top. Can accommodate the gravity feed system, electronic pump system and the nitrogen pump system.

Using a neurotip with the Neuropen, a calibrated force of 40g may be safely exerted onto the skin, which may identify patients with a decrease in sensation to sharpness.
